Local & State Government Regulations and Affairs
The HBRA takes an active role in local and state government affairs. This information is critical to keeping you up-to-date on changing legislation in the building industry. The HBRA is involved in government affairs through professional and effective advocacy by lobbying the State Legislature, Office of the Governor and State Agencies. All members are encouraged to attend our annual "Home Building Industry Day at the Capitol". This is a wonderful opportunity for members for to speak directly to their legislators about issues afftecting their businesses and the housing industry in CT.
